Monarch Investment and Management Group in Albuquerque is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join Mission Hill Apartments. This full-time, on-site role offers an hourly wage with annual raises and bonus opportunities.

You will perform make-ready tasks, painting, drywall, basic electrical and plumbing, and respond to on-call emergencies, with benefits including paid time off, 401(k) matching, and affordable healthcare options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in general maintenance.
• Drywalling experience including painting and carpentry.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing.
• Some knowledge of HVAC and water heaters.
• Have good verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority.
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants.
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every 3 to 4 weeks.

Apartment Maintenance Technician | Albuquerque, NM | Full-Time | On-Site

Multi-Family Housing | Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour + Bonus

Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our winning team at the Mission Hill Apartments in Albuquerque. We are offering up to $22/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, 2 weeks paid time off, and free skiing at Monarch Mountain!

Great compensation and benefits:

• $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%

A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
