• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Customer-service orientation and teamwork are key.
• Consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• On-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform general upkeep.
• Paint and turnover apartments.
• Take emergency calls and respond promptly.
