Qualifications

1–2 years hands-on apartment maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
Strong troubleshooting abilities to minimize downtime and resident disruption.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with residents, vendors, and team members.

Responsibilities

Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Address resident service requests related to maintenance.
Oversee turnovers and prepare units for new residents (move-in readiness).
Maintain curb appeal through exterior maintenance and landscaping.
Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and property management team.
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
Ensure safety compliance and operational standards.
