Olen Properties is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our community in Gilbert, AZ. In this role, you will ensure resident satisfaction by performing essential maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical repairs, and preparing apartments for new tenants.

Qualifications

• At least one to two years of related maintenance experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks, including plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Participate in community maintenance duties and groundskeeping.
