Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our properties. You will handle daily repairs, prep vacant units, and maintain tools and supplies while ensuring safety and professional presentation.

Responsibilities include on-call availability, snow removal, and prompt response to maintenance requests. OSHA compliance and strong communication are essential in this role at our Gilbert, AZ sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and prep vacant units.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand and functional.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional property uniform and appearance.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Be available for on-call and 24-hour response to service requests.
• Secure maintenance shops at the close of each workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests.
