Job summary

Serena Shores is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our multifamily community in Gilbert, AZ. You will perform a wide range of building and apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs to keep residents comfortable and safe.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of related maintenance experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and appliance maintenance
• Must provide and use your own hand tools unless supplied by the property
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and coworkers

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC repairs
• Assist with preparing vacant apartments for occupancy and turnovers
• Participate in routine community maintenance, preventative maintenance, and groundskeeping
• Respond to service requests and emergency calls after hours, weekends, and holidays
• Provide excellent customer service and strong communication with residents and staff
