Grubb Properties' Link Apartments Manchester in Richmond, VA seeks a full-time Service Technician to handle maintenance, complete work orders, prepare apartments for occupancy, and support preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of hands-on experience with HVAC, heat pump, plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry; HVAC certification; and a willingness to obtain a Certified Pool Operator license.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and carpentry.
• HVAC certification required; Certified Pool Operator license preferred or willing to obtain.

Mansioni

• Inspects and maintains HVAC systems.
• Performs plumbing upkeep inside and outside buildings.
• Maintains roofs, gutters and recreational facilities.
• Assists with turning vacant apartments to make-ready status.
• Ensures written notes are left for residents after work.
• Maintains clean, safe, and well‑kept community areas.
• Assists with pool operations and chemical levels.
• Completes work orders within 24 hours.
• Adheres to safety directives and policies.
• Participates in emergency on-call duties as needed.
• Keeps tools and equipment in good condition.
• Reports hazardous or unusual situations to management.
