A successful candidate should have maintenance experience, problem-solving skills, and be able to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy appliances. The position offers an expected pay rate of $22.00 per hour and other generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years maintenance experience (apartment maintenance experience preferred).
• Valid driver's license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
• Refrigeration certification (type 2 or universal) or obtain in the first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all maintenance requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform troubleshooting on various systems including plumbing and HVAC.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests after business hours.
