Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Portland, OR to keep building systems and grounds in excellent condition. The role requires hands-on maintenance, tool handling, and on-call responsiveness to service requests.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure necessary tools are on hand for repairs.
