We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ash Street & Eaton Street Apartments in Denver & Westminster , CO. As part of our maintenance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the operational excellence and curb appeal of the apartment community, delivering superior service to our residents, and supporting the maintenance team in all aspects of Property Management Maintenance to include upkeep, repairs, and turnovers.
This is a full-time position with full benefits. Pay range: $23 - $25 per hour
