Responsibilities include customer service to make residents feel at home, completing turnovers promptly, and handling basic repairs across appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years' maintenance experience or training.
• Ability to read, write, speak English in workplace.
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine maintenance and turnover work to preserve neighborhoods.
• Ensure timely completion of apartment turnovers and repairs across appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.
