Windsor Communities is seeking a Service Technician II for the New Acquisition at Windsor Kennesaw in Kennesaw, GA. The role covers general apartment maintenance, unit turnovers, and on-call repairs to support a 240-unit community.

Expect opportunities to work with a maintenance team, handle preventive maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while providing excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent training.
• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools; able to perform basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Complete work orders efficiently and close within 24 hours; use Yardi system.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents; painting and repairs as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and after-hours calls in rotation; weekend work required.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
