Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician II in Myrtle Beach, SC to handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support daily upkeep across the community.

This on-site role requires HVAC certification and the ability to diagnose routine repairs. You’ll work with a supportive team and have opportunities for professional growth within the company’s career path program.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required and able to diagnose common system issues.
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to company policy.
