Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Must be punctual, dependable and a self-starter.
• You should be a team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties.
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks for the community.
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls per policy.
• Assist with resident functions and participate in preservation plans.
