Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Country Club Villas in Amarillo, TX. The role focuses on completing work orders, performing repairs, and preparing units for occupancy.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in maintenance, with HVAC and basic electrical/plumbing skills. On-site duties include on-call rotation and preventative maintenance support, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in the maintenance field required.
• HVAC experience preferred; EPA Universal certification preferred.
• CPO certification preferred; boiler experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Turn and make units ready between tenant occupancy.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC systems.
• Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed.
• Assist in property grounds maintenance.
• Cover 24/7 emergency on-call system.
