Job summary

Lynd Management Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs across apartment units and property facilities. The role involves handling service requests, diagnosing HVAC issues, and ensuring market-ready units for new tenants.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical tasks, make-ready projects, and collaboration with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification and CAMT preferred.
• Associate degree in a related technical or mechanical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize maintenance requests and handle each task efficiently under supervision.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems; replace filters and perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Check appliances, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and other fixtures for proper operation and safety.
• Perform general repairs and make-ready work to prepare units for tenants.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and inventory, and communicate status to management.
