Job summary

Midtown Grove Apartments is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech HVAC to join our on-site maintenance team. You will handle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, respond to service requests, and prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status.

Ideal candidates have at least 12 months of onsite experience, knowledge of electrical/plumbing/appliances, and are energetic and self-motivated to deliver excellent resident service.

• Onsite maintenance experience of at least 12 months.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests promptly.
• Repair issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including snow removal and cleaning.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 12 months of onsite experience
• Possess valid Identification
• Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.
• Must be energetic and self-motivated.
