Job summary

MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Tampa to support our multifamily communities. You will perform building and equipment maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and assist with projects under supervision.

Ideal candidates have basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair skills. EPA Type II or Universal is highly preferred; a true team player with strong organization is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred.
• Energetic, responsible, organized; team-player mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to market-ready condition.
• Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes).
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor on special projects as needed.
• Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris.
