Job summary

Pax Properties, LLC in Tallahassee, FL seeks a Maintenance Technician to support two growing apartment communities. You will respond to service requests, perform make-readies, and troubleshoot a range of systems.

This on-site role requires reliability, problem-solving, and teamwork with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The position offers EPA certification as a plus, a valid driver''s license, and PTO/benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Certification is a plus.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform apartment make-readies for new move-ins.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the communities.
• Maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Assist with inspections and ensure all work meets company standards.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for emergencies.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to provide outstanding resident service.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
• Perform apartment make-readies for new move‑ins
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, carpentry, and other maintenance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance throughout the communities
• Maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities
