HHHunt is seeking a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician for their Abberly Avera apartments in Manassas, Virginia. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and fixing various systems, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a service technician or related field required.
• EPA 608 Type I & II required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated knowledge in technical areas including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections and work orders in technical areas.
• Solve routine and moderately complex problems.
• Participate in On-Call schedule for emergency calls.
• Maintain and use community equipment and vehicles.
• Communicate with the Leasing Office and Service Manager.
