Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a service technician or related field required.
• EPA 608 Type I & II certification required.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outside for long periods in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete inspections and work orders in four technical areas per company policies.
• Notify the Service Manager of parts or supplies needed.
• Participate in an On-Call schedule for emergency calls.
• Ensure the community is clean, neat, and safe.
