MG Properties in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join Tupelo Alley Apartments. You will handle cleaning, repairs, painting, turnovers, and respond to service requests while delivering strong customer service in a multi-unit community.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), a reliable vehicle, and flexibility for on-call rotations. We offer bonuses, 401(k) match, holidays, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas and completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs and painting; apartment turnovers.
• Taking emergency calls and more.
