The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in maintenance and be reliable, with on-call rotation availability and transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, and related trades.
• Customer service attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Consent to possible audio recordings during work duties.
• Reliable transportation and on-call rotation availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas; complete maintenance service requests.
• Repair appliances and perform painting and apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergency calls and maintenance issues.
