This role involves grounds upkeep, finishing touches on apartment units, handling work orders, and being on-call for emergencies. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle; EPA certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of the property's grounds.
• Make ready apartments (punching and painting).
• Run work order tickets.
