Responsabilités

• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

• Execute routine preventative maintenance to extend equipment and property life
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on project updates, unit turns, and work order progress
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational goals

Apartment Maintenance Supervisor- Catons Villas

WPM is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at Catons Villas in Catonsville, MD. The Service Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule and manage contractors and vendors, handle work orders and apartment turns, and ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly. Previous residential maintenance management experience and HVAC Certified is required

$30.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with 24/7 on-call availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, and general maintenance
• Manage unit turnover and move-in/move-out processes
• Oversee work order systems, ensuring timely completion and accurate updates
