Job summary

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Apartment Service Technician for our Baltimore, MD property. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventative tasks, and prepare units for move-in, with routes designed for teamwork and independent work.

A valid driver's license and on-call flexibility are required. Starting at $20/hour with phone allowance, the role includes HVAC, drywall, electrical, appliance repairs, painting, and grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated plumbing, electrical, or carpentry skills required.
• Must be available on-call for emergencies evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle and travel required.
• Able to troubleshoot minor electrical problems within various types of fixtures and equipment.
• Required to work on ladders, lift to a height up to 85’.

Job description

WPM is looking for an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our service team at 611 Park Avenue in Baltimore, MD. This person will be expected to respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance as directed, and prepare units for move-in. Ideal candidates will work well both with a team and individually. Excellent customer service skills required; at least 2 years prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred. Must have valid driver's license and vehicle to use on site, currant HVAC Certifications preferred.

Apartment Service Technician

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, rotating on call after hours every 2 weeks

Starting Hourly Rate: $20/h+ Phone allowance
