Monarch Investment And Management Group in Williston, ND is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor for full-time, year-round work. The role offers an immediate start, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8 AM to 5 PM, and on-call duties every three weeks.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Dayshift hours.
Full Time/Year Round work. Our on call is 1 week every 3 weeks.

What we are hoping for:

• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including 3+ years in multi-family housing
• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPO Certification preferred
• Drywalling including painting and carpentry

You will be asked to complete a written skills maintenance test to help assess your skill level as part of the interview process.

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License
