Job summary

Valley Park Apartments in Sioux City, IA seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team of a 149-unit community. You’ll manage work orders, supervise staff, and coordinate with the Property Manager.

$28.00 - $34.00 per Hour (DOE) + Bonus & Benefits
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM & On-Call 1 Week every 4 Weeks

Sioux City’s Valley Park Apartments is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor.

Know HVAC inside and out? Like running a crew as much as turning a wrench? Monarch Investment & Management Group is adding a Maintenance Supervisor to our team at Valley Park Apartments, a 149-unit community on the North side of Sioux City.

At Valley Park, you won’t be a number on a work order list. You’ll run the maintenance operation, lead the team, and keep the property in top shape, working alongside the Property Manager. What You’ll Get:

• $28.00–$34.00 per Hour (DOE)
• Up to $4,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
• On-call bonus structure up to $100/week

Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-call rotation: 1 week every 4 weeks

What You’ll Do

This is a working supervisor role. You’ll lead by example and stay hands‑on:

What You Bring

Someone who can hit the ground running:

• 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily) preferred
• 2+ years of HVAC experience required
• HVAC & EPA certification REQUIRED
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, carpentry
• Welding experience is a plus
• Vendor management and supply ordering experience preferred
• Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately
