Job Source USA, Inc. seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to help maintain apartments, common areas, and building systems. The role emphasizes safety, functionality, and timely responses to maintenance requests.

The position pays $22.00 per hour on a temp-to-hire basis, with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and on-call weekend requirements. Strong troubleshooting and basic repair skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
• Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building issues.
• Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Document completed work and communicate maintenance concerns to management.
• Work with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls while on call.
• Maintain property grounds and assist with seasonal maintenance as needed.
