Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the property buildings and grounds and support vacant unit preparation. The role requires hands-on maintenance, inventory control, and adherence to safety policies.

Candidates should be able to operate hand and power tools and communicate effectively with residents and team members. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour for full-time work, with on-call responsibilities and diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and property uniform.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shop at end of day.
• Respond to 24-hour service requests as needed.
