About This Opportunity
Seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain the property and ensure apartments, common areas, and building systems are safe,
functional, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond to emergency
maintenance needs.
Bonus Opportunity

Assignment Details
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
On Call: At least one weekend per month for emergency maintenance

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the apartment community.
- Respond to and complete resident maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general building issues.
- Complete apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
- Perform painting, drywall repairs, caulking, minor carpentry, and other general repairs.
- Inspect apartments, common areas, and building systems for maintenance needs.
- Maintain property grounds and assist with seasonal maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Document completed work and communicate maintenance concerns to management.
- Work with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed.
- Follow all property safety procedures and applicable building codes.
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls while on call.

Requirements
- *Minimum 1 year maintenance experience
- Previous apartment, property, building, facilities, or general maintenance experience preferred. But if they have general experience with the maintenance duties that are on the job order, then that should be ok.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Ability to use common hand and power tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize multiple maintenance requests.
- Must be comfortable responding to emergency calls while on call.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
- Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations when on call.
