Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience, with repairs, maintenance, and customer service.
• HVAC or EPA Certification preferred.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting To The Community Manager, The Service Technician Will
