Job summary

RichSmith Management is hiring a Full-time Service Technician for our West Memphis, Arkansas apartment community. The role focuses on timely service requests, pool care, landscaping, and daily preventive maintenance under the Community Manager's supervision.

Benefits include medical coverage beginning after 30 days, a comprehensive benefits package, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment. On-call duties are required to support a 24-hour maintenance program.

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification is required.
• Preferred experience in pool operation and maintenance.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience; must have your own tools.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs.
• Availability to work in an on-call capacity for 24-hour maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Address all service requests promptly and efficiently.
• Conduct pool care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance.
• Uphold safety standards and practices to create a secure environment for residents and team members.
