AIR Communities seeks a dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technician for Oak Trail at Cherry Creek in Denver. This full-time, on-site role supports residents through preventive maintenance, turn-work, and timely issue resolution across multiple units.

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems, partnering with teammates to deliver excellent service and maintain high resident satisfaction. A strong work ethic and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete basic apartment turns to prep units for new move-ins.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train or direct other maintenance technicians as needed.
• Support move-in/move-out inspections and vendor coordination.
