Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience in apartment or similar setting.
• HVAC/CMRP certification is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local laws including Fair Housing.
• Maintain the physical condition of the community and respond to maintenance requests within 48 hours.
• Inspect make-ready apartments for move-in quality and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and perform asset management tasks across units, exteriors, and grounds.
