Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as an Apartment Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• HVAC certification is advantageous but not required; company supports training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of the physical condition of the community.
• Inspect make-ready apartments for move-in quality and company standards.
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident maintenance requests; complete work orders within 48 hours.
