Preferred Apartment Communities seeks a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our Arlington, TX properties. You will prioritize work orders, supervise technicians, and coordinate vendor work to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on repair experience (apartment maintenance preferred).
• 1-2 years supervisory responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and refrigeration certification (or ability to obtain in 90 days).
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing 300 lbs, climbing ladders, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance operations by prioritizing work orders and repairs.
• Maintains property functionality through shop management, inspections, and life-safety systems.
• Leads and supports maintenance staff; coordinates with vendors and rehab projects.
• Delivers strong resident service with professional communication and timely issue resolution.
• Handles supplemental tasks including light cleaning and upkeeping common areas.
