Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of apartment/property maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required; EPA certification for Freon handling required.
• Pool/spa and pest control certification (if performed in-house) - CPO.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing work orders, make-readies, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• Perform general property maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical repairs (non-licensed).
• Appliance installation and troubleshooting, drywall repair, carpentry, painting, and hardware replacement.
• Pool care and pest control (if performed in-house).
• Support the team in identifying and resolving safety hazards; maintain records of maintenance requests.
