paxproperties in Moore, OK is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager for a 146-unit apartment community. Lead the maintenance team, coordinate work orders, and ensure move-in ready units while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires 3+ years in apartment maintenance, EPA certification, and strong HVAC/plumbing/electrical know-how. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs are needed. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work indoors and outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team.
• Coordinate daily work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Oversee apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, flooring, and general building maintenance.
• Maintain the property’s curb appeal and common areas.
• Schedule and oversee outside vendors and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and maintenance budgets.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents.
