Job summary

Pax Properties, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at the Moore, OK apartment community. You will lead a maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure units are ready for move-in on schedule while maintaining safety and curb appeal.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, manage budgets and inventory, and coordinate with vendors. A valid driver’s license and EPA certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors

Responsibilities

About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations for our apartment community in Moore, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑maintained property while providing excellent customer service to our residents. This position requires someone who is organized, dependable, and experienced in apartment maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and make‑ready operations.

Location: Moore, OK
Property: 146-Unit Apartment Community

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work orders and preventative maintenance

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors

Preferred Qualifications

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification
• CAMT designation
• Experience using property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or AppFolio
