Job summary

Odin Management LLC in Missouri is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician (EPA Certified) to join our property management team. The role focuses on leading the maintenance staff, prioritizing resident work orders, and supporting the property manager to uphold high standards of service.

You will supervise daily maintenance activities, inspect work quality, and mentor staff to ensure safety and efficiency across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry knowledge.
• Type 2 EPA certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar maintenance role.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff and fulfill resident work orders.
• Support the property manager and coordinate maintenance tasks.

Real Estate development and property management company is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead Technician (EPA Certified) to join our winning team! The Apartment Maintenance Lead role is to aid and support all areas of property maintenance. The main function of this position is to lead the maintenance staff and the fulfillment of resident work orders. Additional duties include providing support to the property manager, inspecting the quality of maintenance work performed, directing maintenance staff, and setting work order priorities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry


• Minimum of Type 2 EPA Cert required


• 3+ years minimum experience in a similar role
