The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience, 3+ years in multi-family maintenance, EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience (required).
• 3+ years of multi-family or 3+ years of commercial maintenance (required).
• EPA Sec 608 Certification - Type I/II or Universal (required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
• Read, write and speak English (required).
• Willing to be on-call; able to climb ladders; lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and make-ready for apartment community.
• Supervise, train and schedule maintenance staff daily.
• Inspect grounds and facilities to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and manage budgeted costs.
• Maintain organized shop and adhere to OSHA/Fair Housing rules.
• Collaborate to improve operational standards and efficiency.
