Colonial Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage work orders and unit turns, and ensure preventative maintenance, safety, and high-quality upkeep of all community spaces and amenities.

Competenze

• 3+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions

Mansioni

• Lead and train maintenance staff
• Complete and assign work orders and unit turns
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
• Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor work
• Ensure community grounds and amenities are in excellent condition
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
