Job summary

InterSolutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance team across apartment communities. You will direct service requests, manage vacant units, and ensure timely prep for leases, while coordinating ground upkeep and resident services.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on maintenance experience, with HVAC certification preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign and assist with apartment service requests, ensuring all work orders are logged and completed promptly.
• Manage vacant apartments, preparing them for new leases in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds and keep common areas free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and address concerns professionally.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs and installations to industry standards.
