Job summary

AMA - Arizona Multihousing Association in Mesa, AZ is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Lead to supervise daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. You will lead the maintenance team, delegate work orders and unit turns, and ensure preventive maintenance and safety.

Role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience, and strong leadership. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
• EPA/HVAC certification preferred.
