Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in residential property management
• 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems knowledge
• HVAC EPA 608 Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient daily operations
• Perform and oversee repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
• Manage and prioritize work orders using property management software
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company maintenance standards
• Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies, and control departmental expenses
• Respond to after-hours emergency maintenance calls as needed
