Job summary

MAA Duke Forest is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team at a busy multifamily community. You will coordinate repairs, respond promptly to service requests, and ensure apartments and facilities meet high standards for leasing and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in property maintenance or management, HVAC experience, EPA Type II or Universal license, and supervisory experience, plus a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years in multifamily property maintenance or management.
• HVAC experience required and EPA Type II or EPA Universal license.
• CAMT license required for Florida locations; valid driver’s license required.
• One to three years of Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the maintenance team to repair and maintain property facilities and apartment units.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to service requests and maintain market-ready apartments.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff such as painters or landscaping staff.
