Responsibilities

• Clean building interiors including hallways, stairwells, laundry area, offices and common spaces.
• Remove graffiti from premises.
• Keep walkways and grounds free of debris.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and surfaces as scheduled.
• Assist in renovation of vacant units as needed.
• Perform grounds work and assist with notices and newsletters as required.
