Job summary

Continental Management is seeking a part-time maintenance technician for an apartment community in Detroit, MI. The role emphasizes strong customer service, handling service requests, and prepping ready apartments.

You will perform cleaning, grounds work, graffiti removal, trash removal, assist with renovations, participate in standby schedule, and support supervisor with supplies and notices.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with a team and follow supervisor directions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure building interiors are clean and well maintained across hallways, vestibules, stairwells, laundry, offices, and common areas.
• Remove graffiti and keep walkways/grounds free of debris; sweep, dust, mop, vacuum floors.
• Participate in standby emergency schedule for holidays, evenings or weekend coverage.
• Handle trash removal and inspect common areas for rubbish; assist in renovation of vacant units.
