Job summary

You will market available units, respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, and help with office tasks to support a welcoming community. Requirements include a high school diploma; knowledge of Yardi and MS Office preferred; leasing experience and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of Yardi and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Previous leasing experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Presenting properties and amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries, including leasing information, appointments, and follow-up with maintenance requests.
• Processing applications.
• Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
• Assisting the Property Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Provide consistent Customer Service per the Atlantic Housing Foundation Way.
• Entering information into property software system.
• Maintaining working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management.
• Additional duties as assigned.
